We’re not just good at doing laundry… We’re fanatical about doing laundry right. So fanatical that we actually gave our laundry procedure it’s own name!


Every time you drop off your student laundry bag, we’re going to treat your clothes to a 5-star luxury resort experience! Here’s what we do:

  • First, we’ll carefully sort your laundry into lights, brights, darks, and delicates – four separate groupings because each of these needs to be laundered in a different way for best results!
  • We’ll check for stains and treat them properly before they go in the wash (…so you don’t have to kiss that $60 shirt or $140 dress goodbye after your drunken friend drops a Jaeger Bomb on you).
  • Then we’ll turn all your garments inside out. This secret laundry trick (that almost nobody ever takes the time to do) helps your clothes hang onto their color and finish so they’ll look newer, longer!
  • We’ll wash your laundry with precision. Each type of laundry needs a specific water temperature and mixture of detergents to get the best results. We’ve carefully perfected our process so that your clothes will be clean, fresh and bright! Your clothes will feel silky smooth against your skin – never itchy or irritating!
  • Once they’re clean, your clothes will be tumble dried gently on medium or low heat. Sure, we’ll have to spend a bit more on the gas bill, but it’s critical to make sure nothing shrinks up or gets damaged!
  • As soon as they’re dry, your clothes will be promptly taken out of the dryer and folded immediately. (Wrinkles will never have a chance to set and you’ll always look your best – whether you’re heading to class or down the Tennessee Strip!)
  • We even use a special folding tool so you’ll have super neat stacks of clean clothes that make the most of your limited storage space!
  • Then your clothes will be packed up and strapped down in your student laundry bag. The built-in straps will hold everything in place for the ride home so your clothes will still look perfect when you put them away.
  • Finally, we’ll send you an email or text message to let you know that your clothes are ready for pickup!
